Source Code

the complete OMNI-1 codebase and all files delivered with your purchase, including frontend, backend, database schema, and documentation.

End Product

a finished, deployed application that you build using OMNI-1, in which the Source Code has been customized, configured, and combined with your own branding and content.

End User

a person who uses your End Product.

License

the rights granted to you under these terms, determined by the license tier you purchased (Single or Extended).

OMNI-1 is licensed, not sold. The Author retains all intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership of the original Source Code. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Source Code under the terms below; it does not transfer ownership of OMNI-1 itself to you.

You own the custom code, branding, content, and modifications you add to create your End Product.

Regardless of tier, you may not:

One license covers one purchasing individual or organization. Separate licenses are required for separate businesses or unaffiliated parties.

Both licenses include full white-label rights for your End Product. You may replace the OMNI-1 name, logo, colors, and domain so the End Product reflects your brand. There is no required "Powered by OMNI-1" attribution in the End Product's user interface.

Your purchase includes lifetime updates to the OMNI-1 Source Code — bug fixes and new releases — at no additional cost, delivered for the life of the product. Updates are provided as-is; applying updates to a customized End Product is your responsibility.

Email support is included after purchase at aman.sajid@getomni1.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Support covers questions about the original Source Code and setup; it does not cover custom development, third-party services, or modifications you have made.

Because OMNI-1 is delivered as downloadable source code, all sales are final once the code has been downloaded. A refund may be considered only where the Software is materially defective and we are unable to provide a fix or workaround within 10 working days of you reporting the issue in writing to aman.sajid@getomni1.com.

This 10-working-day period applies only to us providing an initial fix or workaround. If we identify a solution and it reasonably requires additional time to implement, the issue is treated as "in resolution," the 10-working-day period no longer applies, and the purchase does not qualify for a refund. Because the Source Code has already been delivered to you, no refund is due once a defect has been resolved, or where a fix or workaround has been offered, regardless of the time taken.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for change of mind, lack of a required skillset or environment, incompatibility with third-party services, or issues arising from your own modifications.

Add-on services — including the Pro Installation & Deployment service and Support Hours Packs — are optional and separate from your OMNI-1 license. Purchasing a service does not change your license tier or grant any additional rights to the Source Code.

Installation & Deployment. This service covers installing and configuring the standard OMNI-1 Source Code on your infrastructure. It does not include custom development, feature changes, or third-party service costs. Once installation work has begun, the service is non-refundable, and it is considered delivered once OMNI-1 is installed and running. Where an installation issue is caused by a defect in OMNI-1, the Refund Policy above applies — including that if a solution is identified but requires additional time to implement, the work is treated as in resolution and no refund is due for the delay.

Support Hours Packs. Prepaid support hours are non-refundable once purchased. Hours are consumed as work is performed and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase; unused hours expire at the end of that period. Support hours cover assistance, troubleshooting, and minor customization as described at the time of purchase; they do not guarantee a specific outcome or a resolution within a fixed timeframe.

OMNI-1 is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use OMNI-1. Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Source Code. Sections relating to ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Houston, Harris County, Texas, United States.

We may update these License Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs your license. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
